Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of dental assistance experience is required.
- Oral Surgery assistance preferred.
- Dental implant experience preferred.
- High School or GED required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Friendly demeanor is required.
- Typing and grammar skills for a fast paced environment.

Technical Skills

- Ability to take X-rays, assist oral surgeon, etc.
- Capable at spotting possible dental & medical emergencies.
- Ability to prepare and sterilize exam room and dentistry tools.
- Understanding of common dental materials.
- Showing patients to their exam rooms.
- Preparing patients for procedures and/or surgeries.
- Assisting with procedures.
- Sterilizing dental tools and equipment.
- Post-procedure clean-up.
- Generally chairside assisting of oral surgeon.
Administrative Skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems.
- Organizational skills.
- Literacy in computers and applications.
- Electronic Chart Filling.
- Tracking and ordering necessary supplies.
- Supports strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
- At all times you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you by the Office Manager and/or Oral Surgeon.
